一、GM assistant

岗位职责Job Responsibilities：

1.协助CEO进行战略规划及团队管理，负责重大决策跟进落地执行；

2.负责会务管理、来访接待及商务随行等，维护良好的政企关系和客户关系；

任职要求Job Requirements:

1.国内外院校研究生以上学历，知名海外背景优先；

A postgraduate degree or above from domestic and foreign universities. Those with a well-known overseas background are preferred；

2.2年以上融资相关工作经历；助理相关经验2年以上以及董事会背景经验优先；

More than two years of relevant financing work experience; more than two years of assistant - related experience and board - of - directors - related experience are preferred；

二、MKT Manager： 

岗位职责Job Responsibilities：

1.制定全面的市场发展战略和市场发展目标，完成公司在行业内的市场定位，并及时提供市场反馈；

2.制定并实施年度市场推广计划、产品计划以及广告宣传推广活动，协助制定商业计划，并配合市场推广业务计划开展工作；

三、PMO Manager：

岗位职责Job Description:

1. 制定项目管理流程：‌为公司业务线制定合适的项目管理流程，‌帮助团队进行过程改进。

Setup project management processes. develop proper project management processes for company’s business development. Cooperate cross-department team improvement. ‌

2.监督项目执行：‌跟进重要项目，‌包括制定计划、‌控制进度、‌成本、‌风险、‌质量等，‌同时负责项目复盘和后评估。

Supervise project execution. Lead key projects, set up schedule, control delivery, cost, risks and quality, retrofit and evaluation.

3.目标管理和执行落地：‌协助公司业务线进行目标管理及执行落地，‌保证团队与业务线上下目标一致。

Objective management and execution. Assist to achieve business target via manage carry-on projects. Align between team goals and overall business objectives.‌

4.协调资源和沟通：‌协调公司内外部资源和沟通，‌组织、‌协调解决项目中重大问题。

1. 至少 5+ 年新能源行业 PM 经验，优秀者条件可放宽至3年以上；

 at least 5+years experience of PM in new energy industry; 

2. 光伏行业经验为加分项，但不要求；

 experience in PV industry is plus but not required; 

3. 储能行业经验为加分项；基本英语沟通能力。

四、Sales：

岗位职责Job Description:

1. 开拓海内外市场，负责公司产品在全球市场的销售和推广工作；

Explore domestic and overseas markets and be responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products in the global market；

2. 负责海内外市场的客户开发，老用户的维护；

Be responsible for the development of customers in both domestic and overseas markets and the maintenance of existing customers;

3. 销售执行，负责获取客户需求并提出产品解决方案建议，参与制作投标方案，负责与用户进行合同谈判

和签约至合同成交，负责项目合同与用户的执行情况对接；

With 0 - 1 market development experience and a background in energy storage for 2 years or more. Familiarity with the energy storage market on the power generation side, grid side and user side is preferred；

3. 3 年及以上海外销售工作经历，熟悉国际贸易业务流程，精通英语，优先考虑掌握第三语言人选；

At least 3 years’experience in overseas sales, familiar with international trade, fluency in English, multilingual applicants preferred;

4. 责任心强，效率高，具有良好的沟通协调能力和工作统筹能力；

5. 能接受多频次差旅安排；

五、管道系统设计工程师

职责描述 

1、负责全钒液流储能系统的集成设计，对于不同单电堆的功率、单元系统的功率要求和储能时长，设计出不同的组合及系统布置方式（上下层、平层布置），以满足不同客户的需求； 

2、根据电解液的化学性质，合理选择电解液泵、阀门、管道、传感器、仪表和储罐等配件和材料，使选材与电解液的化学特性相匹配，使系统稳定可靠； 

3、合理布置电堆和管道，合理选择主管道、分支管道的截面及盘管的尺寸，持续优化整个系统流量、压力和泵耗； 

4、对于电堆集装箱、电堆支架和储罐进行结构数字仿真，使系统结构设计合理； 

5、负责对于系统集成领域的专利撰写，为公司的发展助力。 

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，机械工程、化学工程、热能动力等相关专业或在液流储能系统集成领域有丰富实际工作经验的其他专业；

 2、熟练应用三维设计软件独立完成对全钒液流储能系统的整体集成设计工作，优化使用原材料，提高原材料的利用率； 

3、熟练运用数字仿真技术对液流储能集成系统进行结构计算，在满足结构强度要求的情况下，使系统的成本合理；

4、熟悉暖通的基本计算，根据储能系统不同安装地点的环境条件，合理设计系统的散热（包括电解液冷却）和保温，使系统满足不同安装环境的要求，确保系统的稳定可靠运行； 

5、熟悉流体仿真技术，使系统的压力、流量、流速、液体在各电堆之间分布的均匀性、系统的自放电、系统的自用电能耗等实现平衡，提高系统的能量转换效率；

6、熟悉全钒液流储能系统国家和行业的相关标准和规范，3年以上液流储能系统集成设计岗位工作经验，具有独立的工作能力。

六、电气工程师

岗位职责：

1. 掌握储能系统原理，进行储能系统的电气设计与仿真;

2. 绘制电气原理图、接线图及工艺等图纸;

3. 储能系统测试大纲、产品说明书等技术文档的编写;

4. 协助其它部门进行售前方案的编写、产品售后问题的处理等;

5. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，电力（电气）相关专业；

2. 有电力液流储能3年以上系统集成经验，熟悉储能电池、BMS、PCS、断路器、接触器等设备和电气元器件，能独立完成液流储能电气系统方案设计；

3. 熟练应用AutoCAD 、WORD、EXCEL等电气设计及办公软件，熟悉相关国家电气设计规范；

4. 熟悉液流储能系统各设备工作原理，熟悉液流储能行业标准；

5. 有液冷方案设计经验者优先。
