本设备用于燃料电池电堆的组装。
产品兼容性要求:
1) 双极板、MEA尺寸L*W(mm):兼容(600~350)*(300~150)范围内任意尺寸的产品;
2) 双极板类材料:兼容石墨板、金属板
3) 双极板质量(g):兼容范围30~200
4) MEA质量(g):兼容范围30~150
5) 电堆高度(mm):压前高度≤900,压后高度≥600
6) 电堆质量(kg):≤150
7) 电堆从两长边侧紧固,操作空间位于电堆中部或顶部区域
共设置四个工位:
下线准备、重复堆叠、顶部上料、压缩紧固。
下线准备位完成紧固完成的电堆的取出,后续生产电堆的下端板等零部件的放置。
重复堆叠位完成膜电极和双极板的吸料、脱隔纸、定位和堆叠。
顶部上料位完成电堆上部端板等零部件的放置。
压缩紧固位完成电堆的压紧及紧固,在线对电堆进行气密性测试。
This equipment is used for the assembly of fuel cell stacks.
Product compatibility requirements:
1) Bipolar plate, MEA size L * W (mm): compatible with products of any size within the range of (600~350) * (300~150);
2) Bipolar plate materials: compatible with graphite plate and metal plate
3) Bipolar plate mass (g): Compatibility range 30-200
4) MEA quality (g): Compatibility range 30-150
5) Stack height (mm): pre pressing height ≤ 900, post pressing height ≥ 600
6) Stack mass (kg): ≤ 150
7) The stack is fastened from both long sides, and the operating space is located in the middle or top area of the stack
Four workstations are set up:
Offline preparation, repeated stacking, top loading, compression fastening.
Remove the fastened stack from the offline preparation position, and place the lower end plate and other components of the subsequent production stack.
Repeat the stacking position to complete the suction, separation, positioning, and stacking of membrane electrodes and bipolar plates.
The top loading position completes the placement of components such as the upper end plate of the stack.
Complete the compression and fastening of the stack by compressing the fastening position, and conduct an online air tightness test on the stack.
