功能特点Functions

一、安全保证Safety assurance：

1.设置安全气动锁缸阀，设备意外掉电或开盖到位时上盖将自动锁止于现行位置，不会坠落。确保操作人员的安全。

Setting hydraulic pressure safety lock. When the power is down suddenly or the cover is opened in place, the top cover will automatically lock in the current position and not fall, which ensure the safety of operator.

2.设置紧急按钮开关，出现意外情况时按下，层压机切断工作电源，上盖将保持原位不动。保证解除意外情况和进行处理。

Setting emergency button switches. Pressing it when the accident happens. The laminator will cut off the main power supply and top cover will remain in situ. Guaranteeing that the accident has been solved and treated.

3.报警系统:设置油箱缺油报警, 加热超温报警, 抽真空故障报警, 开盖欠压故障报警、真空泵故障报警、加热故障报警、测温模块故障报警，非法操作故障报警，共8套报警装置，以确保工作状态的准确与正常，提高成品率。

Alarm system:setting oil starvation alarm, over-temperature alarm, up-vacuum alarm,Uncaps the undervoltage malfunctionalarm, the vacuum pump malfunctionalarm, the heating malfunctionalarm, the temperature measurement module malfunctionalarm, illegal operation malfunctionalarm,totally eight sets of warning device to ensure the accuracy and normal of working state and increase finished product yield.

4.设有紧急开盖装置，在意外掉电时可打开层压机上盖，取出组件，进行再处理。解决了长期因意外掉电而无法将组件进行及时处理而废掉的无奈境地。

Setting emergency opening device. When power off suddenly, the top cover of laminator can be opened and the components can be taken out and reprocessed, which solved the problem that the components couldn抰 be processed in time and become scrap because of power down for a long time.

5.设备控制电路完全采用低压控制，便于维修人员带电维修，并提高安全系数。

Equipment control circuit uses low-voltage control which can provide convenience for maintenance personnel and increase the security factor.

二、结构特点Structure features:

The seal ring is placed overhead to extend the service life.

Power arm balancing and lifting structure makes the opening and closing of upper room more stable and safer.

4.胶板防褶结构，延长胶板使用寿命。

Anti-fold structure of the rubber plate could extend the service life of the rubber plate.

5.采用精加工厚钢板做加热平台的结构，在此平台内部穿孔式油路循环系统，保证了组件封装的温度均匀性、可控性的要求。

Use finishing thick steel plate as heating platform. In the lower part of this platform a full closed oil circulation system is adopted which ensures the uniformity and controllability of temperature when packaging the components.

三、应用特点Application features:

可进行一次性层压、固化，也可进行三次层压、固化。设备生产组件兼容性能强。

Both one-time laminating and curing and three times laminating and curing are workable. The equipment of module production has high compatibility.

5.采用完全人性化的系统操作流程，整台设备配备有多处检测开关，在正常的生产工作中，操作人员仅需将组件放入加热平台上，按动合盖开关即可，此设备将自动进行层压、固化，自动开盖，等待操作员进行下一工序的处理。

Applying a fully humanized operating procedure. The equipment is equipped with many detection switches. In the normal production, operators will only be required to put the modules on the heating platform and press the cover switch. The equipment will automatically laminate, cure and open cover automatically and wait for operator to start the next procedure.
