产业背景
氢能作为新兴的可再生能源，是2023年全国两会期间，代表委员们热议的话题。2022年3月，国家发展改革委、国家能源局印发《氢能产业发展中长期规划（2021—2035年）》，明确了氢能在未来国家能源体系的重要战略地位。近年来，欧盟各国、日本、韩国、美国等相继发布了氢能发展战略或路线图。可以看出，发展氢能成为世界各国共识。氢能产业将是战略性新兴产业和未来产业重点发展方向。
Hydrogen energy, as an emerging renewable energy source, was a hot topic discussed by delegates during the 2023 National People's Congress and the National People's Congress.
